At Smokehouse Heroes BBQ, we believe in the power of good food to bring people together. Our food truck is dedicated to serving authentic smoked barbecue made with love and the finest ingredients.
SMOKED PORK
Low-n-slow pulled pork served on a bun. Sauced with one of our house made sauces.
PULLED CHICKEN
Seasoned and smoked chicken thighs served on a bun. Drizzled with one of our house made sauces.
Seasoned with a house specialty seasoning and then smoked over hickory for several hours.
Seasoned with a house specialty seasoning and then smoked, glazed and wrapped so the meat becomes moist and tender. Secret is the special bourbon sauce that is caramelizing around the rib meat.
We are in the process of having our Smoke Trailer being delivered, looking at the end of March 2025. If all goes well we plan on having our Grand Opening on April 5th inf Sellersburg @ Car America.
